Carnival Optical Illusion

I like this image for two reasons. One is obvious the giant hand holding the ferris wheel. The second reason is less obvious. Some of you may actually notice some anomalous motion in this image.

Tell me, if you think you notice motion leave a comment telling me if you see clockwise or counter-clockwise motion.

    That's what I saw too. Motion in the counter-clockwise direction. Photos rarely exhibit this type of illusion.

    the photographer put his fingers infront of the lense while he was standing at a distance from the fairis wheel

    That's interesting, because I don't see it moving at all! Where do you have to look to see the motion? In the dead center? Or the background?

    I said "Some of you may actually notice some anomalous motion". Obviously not everyone will be able to discern this motion.
