Brick Wall Optical Illusion
This is like the 6 or 7 cubes illusion. Depending on how you look at things the bricks could be jutting out in either the left or right direction. More to the point was this photo taken looking up at the wall or looking down at the wall?
I looked at it from both sides, and came to the conclusion that it was taken from below and to the right. There's just ONE bring that gives this illusion away.

Below towards the right. I couldn't tell why for a while but I just figured. Then I saw it, the three sided inward corner could only be created at that angle, when you twist your sight to see it the other way there's a row of h"hollow" looking bricks

ReplyDeleteIt was taken from below looking up to the right. The shadows give it away because the sun is above creating the shadows.
Good call.
