    Brings back memories. I was at the Peggy's Cove lighthouse back in the 80's. I remember that warning sign too. There was something on it about waves rising up suddenly even on calm days. Great scenery on the drive out there too!

    I'd have to say he used a Canon "TILT SHIFT LENS" to achieve this effect. It's a magical lens, really.
