It appears that the law of physics don't work the same on this spot of earth. Maybe it is one of those mystery spots that tourists flock to every year. All I know for sure is this image hasn't been manipulated in any way.

Thats so strange! None of the trees are slanted or anything!
If you click on the picture and look at the feet, it appears as if there is something holding him to the ground, like straps. I don't know, it's not very clear, but those are very interesting shoes.....
i think he is falling and the person takes the picture a he is falling
And I think this guy is just standing on the side of a dune and the photographer tilted the camera... Contrary to what the first commenter said, some of the trees are slanting and I underlined all the lines that to me represent verticality in this picture :

If you look at the picture for about 5 min. you can see that the grass is like.... weird, his clothes are leaning too... this really is an image where he's falling... That's the only solution man!!! BTW, Walt, you are posting the coolest pics ever man!!
